Guided by Kids Welcomes 17 New Students for 2018/2019!

Our Board of Directors met last night and voted to have all 17 applicants in grades 5-8 join Guided by Kids. Payton Shudak and I look forward to meeting everyone and having our first of 22 class meetings next Thursday night, September 20, at the Kroc Center.

We thank Jill Harman, Youth Engagement Manager at the Kroc Center, as well as all the leadership and staff at this great South Omaha facility. This year we plan to expand our group's participation in middle school speech and debate activities in Omaha by hosting a middle school debate competition at the Kroc Center.

To all 17 students (3 returning members and 14 new) joining Guided by Kids, welcome!
